The course will focus on Maryland’s requirements to obtain the Handgun Qualification License (HQL) for the state of Maryland. The curriculum incorporates an introduction to firearms, basic safety, nomenclature, and management. The class will also include a live fire session to meet Maryland’s requirements to apply for the HQL.
