Process Serving Rates

Basic Process Service – $75

Rush Service (within 72 hours) – Add $40

Same Day Service (24 Hours) – Add $60

Skip Trace/Locating Fee (New Address located) – Add $50

Early/Late Request (11pm-6am) – Add $75

Surveillance Request – Add $60 per hour.

All Carroll County Maryland Process Service Rates are Billed at full rates quoted whether services are successful or unsuccessful.

Quoted Rates are up to 4 attempts. Extra attempts, up to three, will be charged at $10 per attempt.
