Elevate Coaching and Advocacy Summer Emotional Regulation Workshop Ages 10-12

At this age, kids are expected to manage more—academically, socially, and emotionally—but many haven’t been explicitly taught how.

This 4-session Summer Emotional Regulation Workshop for ages 10–12 gives them the tools to navigate those growing expectations with greater independence.

From managing stress and frustration to handling social challenges and staying flexible when things don’t go as planned, participants will learn how to pause, reset, and respond thoughtfully—instead of reacting on impulse.

Through engaging discussions, interactive activities, and real-life practice—led by a licensed Executive Function Practitioner—your child will leave feeling more confident, self-aware, and equipped with practical strategies they can use in everyday situations.
