OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR – REAL ESTATE
ESS has partnered with one of the top producing real estate agents in the Hagerstown MD area and we are looking for an Administrative/Office Assistant. This person will be responsible for database management, marketing-social media and overall customer service for their ever-growing clientele in the Maryland and PA area!
Job Duties:
- Maintenance of the client database
- Handling regular outreach efforts and on-going service requests
- Assist in marketing efforts to drive lead generation and new business development
- Management of office equipment, files and finances
- Assist in top level customer service to each and every customer!
What you need to be successful:
- Strong marketing skills for the creation of office sales materials
- To be highly organized and a great problem solver
- Effective in verbal and written communication
- Fluent user of Office Word, Excel and Publisher
- Very comfortable using multiple social media platforms i.e Facebook, Twitter
