ESS has partnered with one of the top producing real estate agents in the Hagerstown MD area and we are looking for an Administrative/Office Assistant. This person will be responsible for database management, marketing-social media and overall customer service for their ever-growing clientele in the Maryland and PA area!

Job Duties:

  • Maintenance of the client database
  • Handling regular outreach efforts and on-going service requests
  • Assist in marketing efforts to drive lead generation and new business development
  • Management of office equipment, files and finances
  • Assist in top level customer service to each and every customer!

What you need to be successful:

  • Strong marketing skills for the creation of office sales materials
  • To be highly organized and a great problem solver
  • Effective in verbal and written communication
  • Fluent user of Office Word, Excel and Publisher
  • Very comfortable using multiple social media platforms i.e Facebook, Twitter
